    Everyone I know agrees, Flower City has the best Chinese food, value and customer service in Fresno! Super fast service and the Kung Pao combo makes me so happy!

    Decent area...you'd thunk. But definitely some lows and dirts hanging around outside. At first glance just your same old Chinese food take out. Super hot inside, menu on the wall a bamboo plant etc.

    Communication skills above par, very quick ordering process...I can see why because it's slammed! Basic Broccoli beef over steamed rice and an order of egg rolls. And a veggie chow mien for later! Very good...Egg rolls excellent...Broccoli excellent...noodles excellent...Beef needs work.

    So issues being...there are dirts and lows hanging around. Beef needs work and the parking is a disaster. Will I be back...yeah sure once a week will do.

    I quite liked Flower City! The prices are great and the serving sizes are huge.  We each ordered a plate and neither of us ate half of our plates.  I thought the chow mein was great and I loved the orange chicken.  I didn't love the egg roll and the beef broccoli was just ok.  

    I was a little irked that when I ordered my rice I asked for chicken rice in one and beef rice in another.  They said there would be a small charge.  Since it is $1.00 difference on the menu, I figured that would be the split, but they ended up charging $3.99 extra to change the meat on the side of rice which was really annoying and the girl who I picked up from was like "huh... that is weird, well... I don't create the prices".  Since the cost was rather low for both meals I didn't' really fight it and the food was good enough that I will be back.

    Garbage, trash, bland, stale, gross don't ever eat here very gross! No taste in any of the options, there is nothing good about the food. Huge waste of $$ this place needs new chefs

    Ordered their chicken and steamed veggies. Healthy and delicious! Easy to call and pick up. Recommended!

    Their won ton soup is delicious too!
